What stormwater documentation does an industrial DA in Len Waters Estate need?

Typically a full stormwater management plan covering the piped network, on-site detention calculations, water quality treatment, overland flow paths and the legal point of discharge – plus an erosion and sediment control plan for construction. For larger sites Council may also ask for MUSIC water quality modelling. We prepare the complete package so the engineering does not hold up assessment.

Do you design car parks and loading areas as well as drainage?

Yes.
